Highlights
Joining together to fight hunger in our community!
The sixth annual Empty Bowls fundraising event was held Saturday, May 5, 2017 at Warwick Valley High School. The Warwick Valley School District and community members JOINED TOGETHER for this successful fundraising effort to fight hunger in our community! The event included:
- Community meal of gourmet soups, fresh bread, dessert
- Kids’ games and fun activities
- Beautiful pottery bowls for sale
- Pottery demonstrations
- Silent Auction
- Basket Raffle
- Performances by Student Musicians
The over $1,300 raised went to the Backpack Snack Attack program, Warwick Community Kitchen and the Florida Community, Greenwood Lake and Warwick Ecumenical Food Pantries.
